You can use dedrm plugin in calibre to remove the DRM on your ebooks. You just need to download them on your computer, like using an old version of kindle.

If you want to buy more recent ebooks, as someone else said, the DRM cannot be removed now, so you should download them from kobo if you want to still be able to download and remove DRM.

I have a graphene is phone and I have no problems with play integrity api. I currently have two apps (one banking) that does such calls (I see the notifications) and blocked it for both, they still work without problem. By default, graphene does not block it, btw.

You can already put your PC games on romm and your saves. You just download the game in gog and put it in romm in the windows or Linux platform (I think there is one for mac games also). If you already have romm installed, it might be easier to use it than to have a second service installed.

Your easiest way is to upgrade windows normally and if you dislike all it's bloated software, just install Atlas OS on top of it. It's just a software that will go through your windows and debloat it as much as possible. Simple as that. Easier done than reinstalling windows for an LTSC version. I personally have a dual boot with a win 11 with Atlas OS specifically for the software I can't install on Linux.
