For anyone reading this who may not be aware, there's a lot of overlap between the two diagnoses, and there's a chance you may have both.

I know it's not what you meant when you made the comparison, but the US-Vietnam war was also devastating for millions of Vietnamese civilians. Unfortunately, that is also likely going to be the case in Iran.
