No one likes anything forced down their throat. Especially when there is no specific, tangible reason for it. "Increase your productivity" means nothing anymore.

One issue per bill. Those fuckers need to start working for their money again, not just continually posturing for sound bites they can use in their next election. But wait...that's getting a bit too close to transparency.
If a guy starts a wildfire to get hired as a fireman because he needs to feed his family then capitalism is bad. There are a lot of examples. Maybe you're saying it's not capitalism, but human nature?
Hopefully they won't forget. It pisses me off that the western, billionaire-owned media companies are reporting on the war in Iran as if it is the main issue and not just a smoke and mirrors attempt to cover trumps ass from his debauchery and degeneracy. Such useless deaths and a colossal waste, just because of one guy (and a lot of his cohorts) wants to hide his pedophilia.
I think that most folk from outside america have a better wage structure than the old usa and tipping culture isn't a thing with them. I could be wrong though...greed and "business" transcend borders.
UBI would never happen if the union lobbyists have their way. Who would unions "protect" if the costs of food and shelter are taken care of? That's a lot of dues they won't get, and that adds up to some serious dosh.
The government should have a different way of getting information out to it's citizens than using traditional advertising. It costs way too much and the costs are subjective. Anyone remember the sponsorship scandal? When did advertising become the best version of moving money around?
Canada's Big 3 telecom companies will do whatever the fuck they want. If we only had a regulatory agency that would keep prices down for the citizens and control the unbridled arrogance of these corporations. Dammit!
