A single molecule of water is not wet but as soon as more then one molecule is present the water is then wet. That is my hill to die on in this argument.

I think you could make a case that you could learn new forms of pure math if you had a method of storing information in your brain.

Rails & trails. We have spent the last 50 years building “one more lane” to solve traffic & all it does is incentivize more cars. Roads don’t promote high density travel like a proper bike network in a city or a commuter rail network to connect suburbs together.

Spirit island is my favorite game to play with a group. It has you trying to protect an island from colonists who damage the island with their expansions. Each player has different abilities that force you all the work together & requires a lot of teamwork to win especially some of the higher difficulties.

Idk about your first point but The Ocean Cleanup, has been doing great work creating plastic filters for the worlds most polluting river. I understand not creating the waste in the first place would be most efficient but this organization is doing a good job cleaning up the mess.

I think there is some more nuance here then all restocking fees are bad. For some businesses that sell items that are custom made or have so many varieties that they are practically custom parts. So when an item like this is returned it can’t be sold at the same amount & storing the item until it sells has a cost. So to encourage customers to be certain of their orders a restock fee is used on some items to stop customers from ordering testing then returning what they don’t like.

If you bring up Amazon’s restocking fee your right those guys are assholes who try to squeeze as much cash out of everyone.

I started seeing a therapist a month. I’ve never really talk about how I feel & don’t understand what to say when we meet. I feel like I’m wasting time each session. Everyone says they help but I don’t even understand how.

They already use nuclear power in loads of applications. The mars rover, perseverance satellites and even satellites in LEO. They can provide power during lengthy lunar nights and the heat they produce as a byproduct would be useful for keeping people warm. This isn’t even even mentioning advancements in nuclear reactor designs that make meltdowns conditions considerably less likely. Your right that solar cells are a great way to produce power in LEO but on the moon there are more variables that make it viable for a nuclear reactor to be a rational power source.

Or it could be measurements for a circle that is 6ft wide and 3ft deep. We don’t really have enough detail cuz they don’t say the shape but it doesn’t have to be square.

Idk it might use magnetic brake pads. I have used them in other fields & they are pretty nifty. The ones I used created eddy currents & had not mechanical wear. For my project the mechanical brake had a ~10 year lifespan while the magnetic brake could last ~50 years. Also the mag brake was only 30% more expensive but didn’t need maintenance & would be significantly cheaper if you took the lifespan of the project.
