They're already charging comparible amounts as Netflix but they don't do half the things that Netflix does. $750 at $10/month is over 6 years. That's more than double what is reasonable. If I pay for 3 months of software development, shouldn't I be allowed to keep the software?

The point isn't that Wikipedia is wrong, the point is that your research papers should cite primary sources published by the field instead of a generic encyclopedia. Even if the pages on encyclopedia are maintained by respected authors, it's not immediately obvious, and the information is likely surface level and not worth citing.

I don't think 1 or 2 puts other stores at any disadvantage. If a store wants to sell steam download codes then Valve has to get their normal cut. If they don't want to pay the valve tax, then they don't need to offer a Steam download code.
