The word "own" in this context refers to the fact that you can keep a private copy of the game for yourself. What you are arguing is that the consumer does not own the copyrighted assets used.

It's like saying that even though I bought a Toyota Camry, I don't actually own it because I'm not allowed to make a copy of it and sell it. You could use that logic to say no one really owns anything. Maybe youd have a point, but not really in the context if what anyone else here is saying.

I saw an Instagram reel in which a woman was explaining how Facebook's AI was giving people information on her children's age and names and where her family lived. Basically you could just ask the AI anything, and if that information was ever posted at any point in time, it'll retrieve it. Technically, all the info was public at one point, but it's still kinda crazy to think it's so easily accessible now by just asking Facebook's built in tool.

I'm the same way for the most part. The only reason I'm right handed at specific things is because those things were made to be done by right handed people. Computer mice, guitar, etc. I know there are lefty versions but you have to go out of your way to get them.

Also, I think the convention of right handed/left handed guitar is backwards. It should be based on fretting hand, not strumming hand. Although I play the standard right handed guitar, it felt natural for me to fret with my left hand. Lots of lefty guitar players are otherwise right handed people

Ahhh, I was still a bit too young to remember much about the first game. Mostly just memories of my father playing it. I do remember watching a video explaining that Silent Hill 2 did kinda fuck up the lore between all the games. Since it was so self contained and specific to James' experience, any reference to Silent Hill 2 in the later games didnt make any sense. If Pyramid Head was created by James' guilty conscience, he shouldn't have appeared in later games.
