Making your own tofu? That’s some next tier veganism there, not sure if I’ll be able to level up to reach it ever ;) How is it compared to the store bought one?

Yep, pretty much this, loved some action sequences but even few of them, despite all the great effort put into them, we’re too long and getting tiresome. As the whole movie, as the whole franchise.

Definitely the best movie compared to all the ones mentioned above!

Just finished Death Stranding, kind of a mixed bag, feels like gave it much more of my time than it deserved, but that’s the damn neurotic completionist in me that can’t uninstall a gave without getting the damn platinum. Need to work on it. Loved crossing the terrain, looking for paths, making everything to be more accessible, the whole damn delivering system was quite enjoyable. Fighting and shooting not so much, but can live with those considering they were not the main focus ( ::: spoiler spoiler that fight with Higgs was such a chore though, did not enjoy a second of it :::

). And the story well, there were some good ideas there surely but the whole narrative and presentation of it did not have me invested at all. Lack of relatable, sympathetic characters didn’t help either. And what kind of bullshit was that never ending ending? Still, spent almost 100h on it and enjoyed most of it to some extent. Definitely won’t be picking up sequel though.

Started (barely) Hellblade now and wow, they surely now how to pull one such as myself into a story immediately. Too early to be passing any judgement but looks promising.

Lol, good point indeed, haven’t thought of that.

Don’t be too generous to writers as they couldn’t be bothered to make this story slightly more coherent ;)

Well the last time plot mattered was when Brian De Palms was directing which was a while ago. I’m not complaining though, still like the franchise (apart from one entry) and enjoyed this one also.

What movie is this frame from?

Liked the beginning and the general premise but somehow further it went more it fell apart for me. On one hand I do appreciate how they wanted to tell contained, intimate story in this setting but I dunno, couldn’t get past how after the Manson style massacre they would be pretty much left to their own devices to sort it out somehow. Among other bits. Shame cause I think there was some potential here.

One one hand I can relate. Endgame was indeed an end of something which they won’t be able to replicate anytime soon or more likely - ever. On the other this is James Gunn’s movie which is pretty much self contained and feels like an actual conclusion to this characters’ story (regardless of whatever Marvel comes up with next). Was going to skip it like I’m doing with most of recent marvel stuff, decided to go to the cinema eventually , definitely did not regret it.

Whoa, that’s one sickass video. Some decent practical effects body horror and the song ain’t bad either. Death metal might not be my thing but I’ll give the album a listen.

Kill one another? No way I could buy any other resolution so I really did not appreciate the ending which implied that they might continue with mission as they are in some warped way both on the same level now.

I don’t think any specifics about the mission were mentioned other that it was going to take another 4 years. So yep they were having some nice round trip across the space hell knows where doing fuck knows what.

Thought so too, but yesterday I’ve made one list on the desktop and it looks like there’s no way of accessing it via the official app.
