So excited for this as well! Definitely getting it!

I just got the second edition of Ultra Violet Grasslands and have been reading it a lot.

I’m planning to run it at some point, but I didn’t like the system it comes with (Synthetic Dream Machine - the new version of SEACAT). Have anyone used other systems to run UVG? Any recommendations or tips? I’m thinking of using Into the Odd/Bastionland, but still not sure.

I’m a little bit sad about the sale. It’s mainly core books and bundles. Almost no dice or other supplements are on sale for any systems.

Do you have a favorite edition?

I love the character creation system as well, I wish more games had that (I know a few have, but we need more!).

I think BRP style skill resolution is good because it’s boring.

I always thought about this as well. It's so simple, yet so effective. You don't need to fiddle with target numbers, crazy probabilities, etc. Players instantly know how much they need on the dice and what are their changes. It's super easy for new players to understand it.
