I just made !nsfw411@lemmynsfw.com with the intention of using it as an organized catalog of communities, categorizing them by type. Feel free to post any communities and the categories they may fall under. The communities also don't have to be specifically on lemmynsfw.com, they could also be from other lemmy instances or maybe kbin instances.

If anyone wants to help with the categorizing, message me or reply.

Use Lemmy Explorer's community search, setting it to "NSFW Only".

When doing this, it may be better to do [![][1]][1], then later in the post do [1]: {image url}, replacing 1 with different numbers for each image, in accordance with this

This allows people to click the image as a link and open it full-size.

Here's a list of everything in this thread and a few more

Just made !fantasies@lemmynsfw.com if anyone would like to join and contribute. Here's the description:

Post your fantasies, your fetishes, and the sexual scenarios you get a thrill from imagining, whether they are grounded in reality or defy the laws of physics.

Primarily text-based, but visual aid is allowed. Make your posts with vivid graphical descriptions or keep things vague and let the discussion flow from there.

Most of it should be from lemmynsfw.com, so that may make things simpler. From what I've seen, we're usually pretty good about tagging it, especially since it's the default when posting on lemmynsfw.com, but of course I can't speak for other instances.

This is trying to be like reddit's NSFW411, which used hierarchical categories. Tags would work better in a lot of ways, but that would require a different format. Ideally there'd be some way to have a hierarchical structure for tags and each comm can have multiple tags, but I'm not sure how to implement it here.

I'm making a list of nsfw communities/magazines on lemmy/kbin (NSFW411). I'm currently working on lemmynsfw.com so would you mind helping me find nsfw communities on lemmy.world?

I knew exactly what you were talking about, but I didn't know the name or have the link, so it took a bit of digging to find it.
