I don't understand how these people are willing to ignore that there are weapons that don't have a civilian casualty rate so high as cluster bombs.

I'm no milliatary expert but I don't understand how using cluster bombs will solve Ukrainian issue of being outmanned and outgunned. Those cluster bombs will just be used by fascists to kill civilians to make them feel better about losing.
