I dont like that voting third party in the US is essentially a non-vote for a party in the "system," but it is. I voted green party in the past, and ended up regretting it. And relavent to Stein, not a good person, or even party, to vote for now. Folks need to be active, and vote down ballot, and in "off cycle" years. Change takes time, the best way to be heard is through the down ballot when helpful.

Is there anything to be disappointed in Jack Smith about? Maybe. But it pales in comparison to what we have to be disappointed in Amy Aileen Cannon about. The judge is the only disappointing story here.

I work for the US gov't (in a very different capacity), and know folks who won't write anything down, and will only talk in person or maybe on the phone. They will send a message to meet in their office, or come to my room. I'm not even involved in sensitive stuff. Madness.

I had Thanksgiving with folks who are my age (middle age) and consider themselves lefties. One of them proceeded to fully defend Biden, tolerating no critiques, and take a dump on me for working for the federal government (as a low-level wage worker, wtf). This isn't just an "old person" problem but I am glad to see Reid calling it out like this. Total crap.

These worthless jerks are always on about state's rights. except when they aren't, and cannot put together a legitimate argument either way.

And that is followed by

Across the country, a network of Republican political operatives, lawyers and their allies is trying to shape November’s election in ways that favor Trump. Their goal is to prop up third-party candidates, including Stein and Cornel West who offer liberal voters an alternative that could siphon away support from Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee.

Not Democratic party malfeasance.

From what little I have read, it seems like broader Europe is working towards that and other things without the US, but some countries have their own right wing issues.

While I have no answers, this is exactly what we should expect when business owners control media.

Wouldn't most countries discourage top leaders from having things like dual citizenship?

This image also illustrates how artificially brown crop land is. I live in the intermountain west and didn't expect to see that ground color in Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio...

Zelensky's body language was immaculate. True country leader. Were lies stated by Trump? Truths? Possibilities? Impossibilities? 😶️ Zelensky plans for the future and desires no necessary enemies.

Too many Democratic politicians are deciding to go with, "What are you going to do? Vote for a Republican?"

This is incredibly short-sighted and ethically wrong, but it seems we have reached that point. Difficult time to be a regular person in the US.

Good. There is scarcely any reason to change rules late in the game. To do so serves only one purpose, and it isn't honest.

Ukraine may be in rough shape, but no real fire fighter would stop trying to put out a fire at a burning house. There is always something to save.

"Must-pass defense bill"

And puts stuff into it that (hopefully) will make it impossible to pass.

I don't like that "Trumpian" is a thing, but it is, and at this point in time, I appreciate her take. Vote.

Maybe doing something at Fox could work, but it won't be a debate. It could be entertainment. It will be a waste of time in this arrangement. I think.

This is much more unusual than misremembering what state he is in. The state thing seems to happen to everyone, the ekction thing, not so much 🤔
