If the container itself is flimsy enough to corrode away, escaping it is inevitable.
Didn't Sora shut down in April? Haw-haw!
Late at night on a Sunday where? English is spoken in a lot of time zones!
Slightly more, like $70 from what I've seen, and that doesn't take into account the small form factor. The target demographic is fans of Valve with money to burn, and I'm sure there's enough of those out there to more than buy every unit Valve makes.
Valve has said from the beginning that the Steam Machine would not have a console price. Did they all miss it?

The bottom of the ocean is pretty inaccessible even if the container rusts away.
Yep, easily. Valve hardware isn't subsidized by the manufacturer like traditional consoles, so they make money even if not a whole lot of them are sold.
Nah, I have decades of practice filtering out ads and the old habits come right back when I have to endure them.
I'm hunkering down with the hardware I have (midrange 2021 PC, Steam Deck, base PS5, Switch 2) and hoping I'll be able play the games I really want to for the next 10 years.
Apparently Valve said to look at the Steam Deck price hike for a clue. So probably around $750 for the base model.
I'm confused by his hands. He looks like a possum or rat, but those look like hooves to me.
Imprisoning a powerful being in an oil lamp that can be released simply by someone rubbing it is a pretty shitty setup!
In the first stage of enshittification, the technology deployed by the company is good for its users.
Although we now live in a world where hardware can be reasonably priced and still too fucking expensive for what it is at the same time.
On July 21, 1950, Woods was accidentally electrocuted when he tried to change a light bulb while standing in a pool of water.
Now there's an "oopsie"!
Yup, I remember working through it the first time I saw this comic and there's no paradox here.
Even dumber now that the RAMpocalypse has raised PS5 prices to an absurd degree. If you're going to be spending that much money, why do it on 6+ year old hardware?
thanks for using Leebra!
