Road noise; mostly just the constant tyre sound of a busy street. I hate it.
I especially hate extremely loud emotional support vehicles, but those are a passing annoyance compared to the near constant wirr of tyres on dirty asphalt.
There are no safe levels of pm 2.5, and at 100 or above the health effects are like living with a smoker. Every breath taken at these levels represents a high risk for cancer, heart disease, and pretty much every other respiratory illness we know of. So, it really does have an effect on life despite your willingness to ignore it. It's like not wearing sunscreen in the afternoon except there aren't as many systems to repair that particular type of damage. ...Do you also think wearing sunscreen everyday is overkill?
You do you, idk your region or health, but most places do not have seasons for pollution as it is almost a constant disease vector, it never really goes away, but it's prudent to take precautions when levels exceed ~50 or so. My city in particular usually has really bad air at night after ~10pm for some reason (often exceeding 70, it's 114 as of writing). Every day. Luckily it get's better during the afternoon, sometimes not though. I just don't want to die of lung cancer, or heart disease, or any other disease caused by shitty air quality. It's a painful, awful way to go.
The meme bit was me venting how my governments AQI shows today as "low risk" when it's seriously not. It has nothing to do with the ..."dancing people". Not really coherent, and I'm sorry my incoherent venting made you... angry or whatever.
ooo I thought Freedom was owned by the monopoly, but it was bought by Quebecor in 2022.
Thanks for the list!
