I've created my own instance in order to not create more load on others and it took a minute to realise I needed to populate it myself, would be nice to have a default view aggregating popular posts etc. across instances. But maybe I'm just asking for too much hehe

I didn't want to wake up and start liking comic sans, God damn

That would be awesome I think! I am toying with the idea of building a proper instance, put my devops skills to use, but at the same time, few features missing!

Oh I see your issue, you need to replace anything in curly braces with actual values. I'm away from my pc right now but I'll give you the correct image name shortly....

This sounds really awesome. Got any online shops you could recommend?

Thank you so much! Have a great day :)

Could you post your docker compose file please? Remove any sensitive info of course!

Edit: As seen on the doc page you linked to: The images will likely be: dessalines/lemmy:VERSION and dessalines/lemmy-ui:VERSION

lemmy:latest

lemmy-ui:latest

Looks tidy buddy! Have fun 😊

I wondered the same, so I added a few to the list and now I can sub to communities by taking the url and then searching within my local instance. Hope thay helps.
