I think they are opposed to all educated males and females. Minorities are a big part of the Republican voting block. It takes enormous capital as property prices are high due to real estate speculation (the priority with real estate is not use but financial value), regulatory capture (excessive regulations are pushed by the largest companies to make it impossible to start a competitive business), and high insurance costs (very appealing to the biggest investors as they mean the largest investors can be self insured).
