My greatest regrets are all actions that ended up hurting someone. Even the inactions I regret most are related to not preventing pain which I had the power to do something about.

I think this post is talking about a different kind of regret or comes from someone with very different life experience than me.

The way I see it, patriotism is a gateway-philosophy to nationalism. At best I think it is unproductive and at worst it facilitates nationalism. In my native language there is no distinction between the concepts and last time it discussed in a non-negative light was during the Nazi occupation.

That is sort the point. Transgender people tend to just want be whatever they want gender-wise, which greatly offends some people. Other than that our language is gendered and many transgender people expect common curtisies, extended gender normative people, to also be extended to them. This being using their preferred pronouns.

The labels just help people talk about their gender and understand it better.

I am not trans and I have no experience with this sort of thing, however femboy might be a safe transitionary identity for you. That is of course, assuming you are comfortable with the label.

Pretty close to my experience. I find starting harder than stopping, but both are difficult. Technically I can do both, but it requires much more effort than neurotipicals seem to expend or compared to myself when medicated
