Ha, nice.
@lemmy.world
The edit looks like it only touched certain colors.
The purple 'worth fighting for' shirts have a specific design and in the overhead shot many of the blue shirts look like they have the 'worth fighting for' design
Also, here a man with a very unique red beard is wearing a purple shirt.

Here is the same big red beard with the same people around. The shirt has changed to blue with the 'worth fighting for' design.

EDIT. Oh and in the first picture look at the person to the right of the red beard with the black and white striped shirt, the purse across their chest, and sun glasses. In the overhead shot their shirt changes to light blue
Its been awhile since I took it too.
One thing that is a blend of math and physics is units. They are far more interesting than most people give them credit for and they give you some much intuition for physics.
Units are things like kilometers, hours, and kilometers per hour.
Their abbreviations are km, hr, and km/hr.
Say you want to travel 300 km and you want to arrive in 2 hours, so you are curious how fast you need to travel. You know that speed is measured in km/hr but you don't know the equation.... actually you do know the equation, its there in the units, to get speed you take your km and divide it by hours. So 300km/2hr = 150km/hr.
Thats a pretty simple example but things become less obvious when you use units like newtons(N) which is actually made up of kgm/s^2 or impulse which is Ns or kg*m/s.
Im not sure what anthropic has control over, but wow do they have a marketing team that is just crushing it.
They could have just released a new version but no, they convinced everyone this was the opening scenes of The Terminator and only they were the responsible ones.
Also, their resistance to the military (performative or not) is likely earning a lot of points with software devs that I assume largely want nothing to do with the war machine.
We have seen big tech with morals before, we know where this is going.

I can buy a book and cross out words with a sharpie if I want. I can't go make copies of my edited book and distribute them, but I can do what I want with my copy that I legally acquired.
An ad blocker just edits the local copy. It's not re-publishing the site without ads.
In the study the longest they waited after tattooing the mouse before giving the vaccine was 2 months.
They made some connections with people that had tattoos for a much longer time. But I can't tell how meaningful those connections are.
This is well outside of my field.
Edit:
Also, it sounds like the tattooed mice were less responsive to the covid vaccine but more responsive to the Influenza vaccine.
This was reported twice for not being a shower thought. The reporters are correct, it's not strictly a shower thought.
But thinking about getting older is something we all do in the shower, for multiple reasons :)
Looks like people are mostly enjoying it so I'll let it stay for now.
This post is certainly outside of the norm of shower thoughts. I think in general people want posts that score a little higher on the scale of funny and interesting. Taking the sidebar strictly:
