Estava deitado numa rede olhando para céu a noite e vi algo como se fosse uma estrela cadente que depois virou uma bola branca bem maior que o rastro que ela deixava e desapareceu. Foi um evento bem rápido, mas difícil não notar.

Tempos depois tentei buscar por vídeos de coisas semelhantes, mas não sei nem mesmo descrever isso bem para limitar a busca. Também tem o fato de que não parece algo assim super interessante a ponto de ter canais sobre o assunto.

There is no issue in criticizing these CEOs. They are horrible indeed. But they are like this and they have been promoted to this spot because we're in a system (capitalism) which values this behaviour. Not because they're Indian...

I've seen some of those videos since my son likes him. The issue is that a lot of his content is obviously scripted. If the content itself is scripted (faked), why should I believe that money is actually given out in the end and, again, not just part of the script?

Eu entendi o seu argumento, mas as pessoas não decidiram bloquear o threads por uma birra simples. É algo que já aconteceu de forma muito semelhante antes com o protocolo xmpp, por exemplo. No caso do xmpp foi com o Google e o resultado não foi das pessoas migrarem para a plataforma aberta, mas justamente o contrário. A Google fez de tudo para fazer com que a versão dela fosse melhor (fácil, dado a diferença de recursos) e de forma exclusiva. No final das contas, o próprio xmpp virou algo exclusivamente deles e o padrão morreu.

Então o que falta no seu raciocínio é entender a visão da meta nessa história. Eles não tem a menor intenção em colaborar ou permitir que mais gente veja isso aqui. O objetivo deles é absorver o que puderem de graça e destruir tudo o que não puder ser transformado em lucro. A realidade é que eles destruirão todo o fediverso depois que conseguirem extrair o que puderem caso não tenhamos cuidado. Não dá para ser ingênuo aqui.
