Lockpicking is nice. You won't believe how many friends ask for help after they know your hobby. Most of the time it's just "my keys are still inside, so it's not locked". It's the easiest, but you don't need to pick the lock to open those.

The only thing I miss at this point is the poopknive reference.

Eragon. They really fucked up so much about the book!

New fear unlocked. Thank you

Ok. First post. Let's show reddit we are leaving!

Noch geht braune Minderheit. Für uns ein Fakt. Aber wer einen Hass auf Minderheiten schürt, könnte sich beleidigt fühlen.

I think it's a classic "Fuck around and find out". I don't like how every idiot can own a gun in the US, but i think it's reasonable for a delivery guy to fear a strange guy putting his smartphone in your face. What if it's a stupid way to mug you? Distract you with the phone and while your attention is on the phone, stab you with the hand you don't see?

I don't know how to feel about it. I don't want do be negative, but after seeing the prices for the actual Commander-Decks, i don't feel like buying much or hoping for good pre-cons for "normal" prices in 2024. I really anticipated the new sliver deck for months and somehow i felt really disappointed. The mana base feels like every other pre-con. For the price they could at least include a sliver hive.

I'll join you, too. Good look kind strangers.

To make it clear: it's common practice to put water for cooling nuclear plants back in the watersource. The "feared" molecules Tritium and carbon-14 are common in this waste water. In lower concentrations, but thats the reason they dilute the water. That's something China and South Korea do every day!

A reddit user made a list of alternative services for reddit. The list was .world, .ml and bee. At this point i didn't know it's the same decentralised service. I picked the first one, liked it and made an account after a few days.

How about Lemmiwinks?

At least the easter egg with the old marvin from the bbc series was a nice touch

Lasst es die KI versuchen. Das Wetter schlechter erraten als die aktuellen Apps, ist schwierig.

Honestly? It's a cheap investment. Do what you want. If you use a pot, you have 2 ways to cook the rice (with or without lit, different amount of water)

Or just put it in the rice cooker and wait for the finished rice. I do both. Depending on how many pans and pots are on the stove, i use the cooker. Or if I'm lazy or cook a huge amount.

I think it's about not missing his final prank. 2 month later: idiot got shot again. Darwin wins

Die einzig wahre Frage! Ich muss das wissen! Kann er noch den Schweigefuchs machen oder nicht?

I'll take 1 dozen please. Great idea.

Vielen Dank für die tollen Vorschläge. Bei kurzzeitigen Prognosen schaue ich auch lieber auf ein Regenradar und schätze es selbst ab.

Could someone tell him about our need for bean on lemmy? How about a Mr. BEAN AmA?
