None of what you wrote indicates that you can't arm yourself - you've just outlined reasons why you can't be assed to do it and it sure sounds hyperbolized to me. Whether it's intentional or not, this sounds extremely manipulative. You haven't said a single thing that gives the impression that this is somebody you actually care about. You're using them as an accessory. Someone you can fall back to when you're not binge gaming in fear of being truly alone.

I think you need to revisit your priorities in life. You don't work, you don't put effort into maintaining personal relationships, and you escape reality by gaming your days away.
