Berman isnt in the photo. Voyager kind of got away from him, and Jeri Taylor pretty much ran the show. That's why there's so much female empowerment. That why when they brought Jeri Ryan on to be eye candy for the boys, they turned her into an emotionally-complex badass.

edit: Nope. 7 doesn't appear until the premier of season 4. While uncertain as to which episode, it is at least after she is further integrated into the crew and grows her hair out to that level while appearing in a jungle-like region. Any help would be appreciated.
