British Gas reports record £969m profit after price cap increase
3 years ago by thehatfox to c/unitedkingdom
The UK’s biggest energy supplier reported profits of £969m for the first six months of 2023, up almost 900% from £98m in the same period last year.
900% increase in profits.
But they're being forced to raise their prices! They're not price gouging and making profits! Come on, poors, cough up!
Fuckin arseholes.
