He hasn't agreed to make an animated movie, it will happen literally over his dead body and the Calvin pissing image is not an approved image. He regretted not doing more to sue the copyright infringers.

This artwork is gorgeous! All the bright colours make me feel nice and fuzzy. Not sure if making an animated movie for C&H is the best move though, IIRC Bill Watterson didn’t want it adapted
