Looking for rasberry long island recipe that tastes like lemonade.

So my sisters got me into this drink but the problem is it had to be made in the right way. theoretically it was basically a long island ice tea where the coke portion was replaced by rasberry liquor (schambourg) but doing that does not taste right. I think it did not have tequila and there may have been something with sour or bitter or I don't know what. The key though is it was a drink with a bigger kick than a long island yet literally tasted like you were drinking lemonade (which I know given the name is ice tea is kinda ironic)

Aargh I hate Google's fucking AI answers but I think it's right here. Replace the cola with lemonade and raspberry liqueur. I'd also try raspberry liqueur and Fresca instead of Coke.

no thats definatley not it. The thing was all alcohol ouside of sour or bitters. im thinking no bitters even I just get them confused. it was crazy because it was really tasty but hit like a freight truck. you can get a pretty good thing with just chamborg and vodka with some sour I think (purple hooter) but whatever the thing was my sister and some bartender friends of hers could make was way tastier.

Could they have used lemon vodka, like Deep Eddy?

no it was definately very close to a long island ice tea with the coke switched for chamborg. it was only later I found out the tequila was likely not a part to. I don't even think it had bitters but likely did sour. I just can't get the proportions right and replicate it. I have never been that good with drinks though.

Some kind of magic. Sour mix does taste lemonadey, so perhaps the liquors were cancelling each other out somehow.

A good post with a drink you don't like is still a good post! Try not to conflate the drink and the post or poster. If someone has a relevant title, gorgeous photo and clearly formatted recipe of what you consider a truly terrible drink, a comment is more appropriate than a downvote.
