That's why I never set "clean this room" as my goal. I always use "clean this room a bit" because doing a bit once a week has been far more successful (until now, at least). But then it gets messy again and I have to find the will to start my weekly bits again, which is hard q-q
PSA: Please don't sleep on a raw matress
You can't wash a mattress. Do you want whatever ecosystem thrives off your sweat and dead cells permiating upwards, forever? Also the chemicals in mattress foam aren't great for your skin.
Adhd "hack", sams club mattesses are relativly cheap and have a zipper to take the top layer off to wash. Saved my ass when I was cleaning my room after a deperssive episode and could make the bed feel like new again
Mattress protectors exist too. It's just a good idea do have one on your bed, especially if you ever think it's possible there could be any kind of mess that could penetrate your sheets. Mattresses are expensive af.
How did you get that image of me?
Very carefully.

Mid-way? That's a lot of progress. Good time to take a rest in your pile of tremendous success 😁
