Last one I replied “you too, you look so tired.”
"But you'd be so much prettier if you smiled-"

I can’t even imagine telling someone to smile. Sociopath behavior.
There was a time in my life when id say "smile" to people. Thank the gods of common sense I never made the mistake of saying anything about "you'd be prettier if" because holy fuck would I need a beating to atone for that level of sheer stupidity
I'm guessing this is a representation of the biblical account of Jael and Sisera.
Honestly, it's an uncharacteristically feminist story of a woman (Deborah) prophet and Judge (older person viewed as a respected authority), who summons a man (Barak) and tells him he will go and war against the occupiers/oppressors of the land. When Barak asks for Deborah to go with him, she tells him the victory will go to a woman. Once the enemy is routed, the chief of the occupying army (Sisera) flees to the home of a neutral party (Heber), who happens to not be in the home. Heber's wife (Jael) recognizes the general, claims to give him sanctuary, drugs him, and kills him by driving a tent pin through his skull via the temple.
NGL, kinda metal
Could also be a medieval retelling of the story of Judith who put a spike through an opposing generals head.
Puggy is on fire today!! This made me guffaw!
