Thanks for spelling HIPAA correctly, so many people get it wrong.
Yes, HIPAA covers you for 50 years after you die, so you still have the same protections in place as if you were living for that long after you kick the bucket.
So in other words, the GOP will admit Mitch McConnell is dead in 2076.
