Is this just fraud as usual or is there something else going on? Is it at all related to antitrust allegations of price fixing and such?
China's CXMT just broke the global memory chip duopoly held by Samsung, SK Hynix and Micron. Their IPO caused a major global semiconductor stock rout and Korean markets halted trading because it's basically propped up by these companies. And on top of that, there are now increasing worries about the whole AI bubble built on circular investments. If data center build out stops then the demand for chips and memory is going to collapse too.

No it's about the USMGK and their puppet Syngman Rhee and their many massacres followed by the war of extermination they lead against the DPRK (the legitimate successor to the PRK outlawed by the USMGK) where between 1/5 and 1/4 of the population of the DPRK was killed alongside the destruction of 80% of structures and the majority of the farmland leaving survivors starving and living in caves.
