Wednesday wins... what's gone right recently?

I've been spending the last two weeks clearing a lot of bush and felling a few trees at the reclaimed communal factory space. It's allowed me to feel much more comfortable doing masc things, without getting dysphoric. Now I can dress dyke ish and rock it :3

Oh boy! So I came across a recent photo on social media of an ex who broke my heart 15 years ago. He looks like absolute shit now! Meanwhile, I may have a couple of fine lines and a few grays, but I look relatively the same and Iām in better shape than I was back then.
I know it shouldnāt, but it gave me such a massive boost in confidence because Iāve aged much more gracefully than he did. Serves him right for being a lying cheating dick! š

This reminds me when my ex tried to get back in touch with me. I loved him more than he loved me and I overlooked his dickish behaviour, anyway about 10 years later he messaged me out of the blue wanting me to get back in touch with him... It was very satisfying to not respond

I got 100% on my citizenship test yesterday... But then life decided that it was fair trade to kick my butt from 30 minutes afterwards through to this afternoon... So about 24h so far. šš¢š
Oh, and less back pain, and I've picked up my favourite sport again.

Oh! And another win is I finally got a full uninterrupted night of sleep last night with the help of a sleep aid. I havenāt slept well in over a week, so it felt amazing!
Perimenopause has me awake in the night for hours at a time, plus the sweating for no reason, plus the anxiety, all for PMS. Iām only 42 and Iām so ready for menopause š©

Oh, and I started to make natural hair mask from oils and herbs to make hair grow fast, stay strong, keep scalp nourish and healthy. I already tried and i can see little affect after first use ,now sitting with this hair oil for second time. Please comment after some months for update.
