fun fact: bourbon has to be aged in new charred oak barrels. since they can't be re-used to make more bourbon, distilleries export the used barrels to scotland to age scotch whisky in

Evan Williams is smooth and reasonably priced. Four Roses is a bit more expensive, but really good.
