Account page gives an error, how to block account?

I am trying to block the Lemmit Online bot because I don't want to see those posts, but I cannot view their account page. My guess is that the bot has so many posts that Mbin can't handle it.

Is there another way I can block that account? Or can the error be fixed so I can block it myself?

As it is a 500 error, I'm sure there are helpful logs about it right when it happens. Could you share the exception log in the matrix chat?
