Google Messages preps a whole new UI to go with new pinning limits

Why have any limits at all is the question
Because currently it's buggy as fuck. The bubble situation is even worse.
I sometimes randomly have pinned conversation just depin themselves. Sometimes when that happens I can't repin them right away.
