I lived in a town in Texas that was going through a drought and being native I decided I would do a little rain dance because I had heard on the news that it was going to rain and break the drought a little bit later that day.

I did not take the rain dance seriously, I goofed around, but I told my friends about it, because they typically didn't watch the news and so were likely unaware of the upcoming rain and I thought it would kind of give me a little cred.

That town had the worst hailstorm that they had had in 30 years that day.

I don't fuck around with rain dances anymore.
