Kathleen Kennedy Admits to “A Bit of Relief” in Stepping Down From Lucasfilm After 14 Years

Yeah, don't worry. I'm sure the next corpo expected to return even more money than Kathleen is definitely gonna respect the IP when they're beating the dead horse. Definitely just cause of choices she personally made that caused Star Wars to be sucked of all its joy. The next vampire definitely won't do any sucking, though. Promise.
Lucasfilm's new President is Dave Filoni, which I'm sure we can all agree is an incredible improvement over Kathleen Kennedy.
You're right that Disney will no doubt continue ruining the franchise, because what else can they do in the world of infinite growth (not meant as defending Disney!).
However, at least now somebody actually competent and seemingly passionate about Star Wars is leading the company, so maybe we can look forward to one or two good things, as opposed to countless pieces of garbage.
So say we all.

I think everyone else got a whole lot more than just a bit of relief.
