Have you tried to create a container file and running it containerised in podman or docker?

Swizzin has Debian as a supported platform though?

When I did wget (curl didn't work) I received the message that Debian 13 Trixie is not supported.

They seem to only support Debian 10, 11, and 12, along with Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04

Ah, that sucks. Even the latest of those are slowly losing support so nothing I'd want to build on either.
