I got one pamphlet, but we have two voters in my household in Kenmore. No ballots yet. Just wondering when. I'm not complaining. I just don't wanna be here waiting for weeks only to find out it's too late to get one.

Usually 18 days before the election
Most counties are mailing before that, i believe the average date is around the 14th, but some are sending them out earlier as a precaution against USPS shenanigans. Check with your specific county to be sure.
Oct 9th in Kitsap.
It's October 13. No ballots yet in Kenmore. I'm getting nervous. Although maybe for us in Western Washington the stakes don't sound like big deals I've been reading those pamphlets and every time there's definitely a wolf in sheep's clothing trying to pretend to be good but then they're linked to Boeing or Amazon or Microsoft or they quack like a Republican.
It's a quiet place but there's definitely motion to be looked at.

Voter.votewa.gov
This does not answer your question exactly. But at the very least you can see the status of your registration, and it says ballots haven't been printed yet.Even if you vote regularly and there's no reason you should be removed from rolls, I was removed and had to re-register despite voting regularly. Check anyway if you haven't already.
