This is still better than what my mother would do when her and her second husband were arguing. She would call me or one of my brothers to try to get us to take her side in the argument.

We would have much preferred her taking it to AI than trying to drag us into her disagreements.

If you need an AI to tell you that you don't deserve either. You got to get in your car and drive around it two o'clock in the morning or it isn't worth it.

Which is what makes the joke funny

Our bosses sold this "AI analysis system" thing to another company, and for the most part it was a horribly vibecoded but otherwise unremarkable dashboard. But the AI analysis part? It's a fucking chatbot that all it does is ask you which graph and which data you want and it picks from list of preset graphs in the frontend code, and then makes a call to preset endpoints in the backend to get the data to fill it... All things that could be done without the chatbot in the middle.

Most "AI products" are the same griftware.

The real problem is that only the first part of the wish got granted: everyone has computers, but they don't know how they work and thus can't use them responsibly.
