I found a band that I completely fell in love with. They're called Foxcult, in case there's any other post-hardcore/metalcore girlies in here :)
They absolutely rip and are all trans women 💜 They've inspired me to restart my musical journey after its laid dormant for the past 20 years.

Honestly, they're incredible. They have crazy intricate lore behind their music and each one of their ep's flow into each other, and their album, to create a cohesive story. And the musical composition has such a level of care and intention poured into it that is just so impressive. I need them to get back out to the east coast lol

I’m generally doing well - business is great, catching up with friends, going for daily walks, mental health is good. Just nice to be able to exist in the world and not be overwhelmed in personal life (still plenty of overwhelm with the world, but whatever, this is a celebration thread!)

The mattress is gone which is good. The new phone is setup and makes calls fine. Transferred all the data over and that worked. I need to clean more of the backbackroom though. Nap first
