Find someone hot who isn't blatantly dumb, talk until they fully understand where you're coming from. Either they'll naturally become who you're looking for, or it wasn't meant to be. A lot of people don't have a political mindset and need to hear these ideas articulated by a friend.

I can't see this as anti-breeder. Too few, or too many, birthrates sounds like a made up problem that I don't care about.
Making babies or not making babies seems like a personal choice to me. Whatever you're doing keep doing it and enjoy.

Well that's where I'm at, I don't personally identify with the childfree movement per se but I view them as having a point to make with regard to societal expectations. Populations do what they're going to do, it's not rightfully any one person's problem either way.
