Judge dismisses lawsuit by spa worker who refused to give a trans woman a tour on 'Christian' grounds

The suit was dismissed without prejudice, meaning it was dismissed for procedural reasons. If you file the paperwork wrong, you can correct those errors and file again. If your case is dismissed because the judge ruled on the merits its dismissal with prejudice, and you cannot refile.
The bigot refused to serve a trans customer. The employer disciplined their bigoted employee, and then the bigot sued the employer. Court dismissed for something procedural but the article doesn't mention what the reason was. They have a bunch of quotes but don't mention the cause for the dismissal. Why is that??
It correlates with a lower IQ, as does transphobia.

If they're such staunch supporters of religious freedom, I'm sure they would also defend a Satanist employee refusing to give a tour to evangelical Christians.
In all seriousness, it's asinine that the employee claims to be living their faith 'respectfully' on the job while discriminating against a paying customer.
