Trump announces Ukraine energy ceasefire with Russia, surprising Zelenskiy

There was no ‌word from Moscow on the ceasefire announcement, which followed days of intense pressure from Trump for Ukraine to halt its attacks on Russian oil refineries. He blames those strikes for a rise in diesel prices that is hurting his Republican Party ahead of US midterm elections next month.

There it is.

It's weird how someone like donnie says that (us) paying more for, well, everything, is no big deal and a small price to pay, because he blew up the deal we had with Iran mostly because it was done by the black President and dimwit donnie could not have that.

Meanwhile, donnie is trying to do this kind of thing to supposedly do damage control on the out-of-control prices? Wut? I thought it was a "small price to pay"? Why is he worrying so much about diesel prices?

If Republicans lose their jobs, isn't that also a "small price to pay", given the supposed existential crisis donnie is fending off with Iran and nukes?

I mean, if the Republicans are so fucking patriotic, they should be willing to, at minimum, lose their jobs for it? They are sending other people off to war over it and making everyone pay much, much more. Seems like them sacrificing their jobs should be no big deal.

When the parties to the ceasefire haven't heard about it, he's not announcing anything because it doesn't exist. I think we can just say "lies."
