Use a 1ml syringe. This has proper dosage markers. I'm assuming you are taking somewhere between 0.075ml to 0.2ml a week. Draw with no bigger than a 20gag needle. 22 to 25 works well. I like to inject with a 29 to 31 needle but at 31 you need to really push the plunger down fairly hard. But at 29 i don't really feel the needle go in much. Thats a big bonus.

Remember to use new needles and syringe every time. Also swap needles from draw to injection to stop a painful injection. Just pushing a needle into the rubber top will bend the tiny tip enough you'll feel it. Try to poke the vial in a different spot each time. You can often see previous poke points. I like to go in a spiral around the edge. This helps to prevent leaks and helps prevent rubber becoming lodged in the draw needle.

Side not, alcohol swab the vial top before draw and swab the injection location before you poke yourself. This is just good sterile hygiene.

If the vial's rubber stopper developed a big enough hole to start leaking you should probably consider using a smaller drawing needle, transharmreduction has a good page for how to prevent this (here). I do subq injections so I use very small (insulin) needles in the first place, not sure if this is the best way to do it, I've only drawn 5 times, but I doubt I'd have issues with coring.

I can't really help much when it comes to crypto, but other people on here might be able to.

Can't help with getting meds, probably, but I use:

• 18 gauge, 1 inch long luer-lok needles for drawing
• 23 gauge 1.5 inch long luer-lok needles for intramuscular injection
• 1ml luer-lock syringes

I use estradiol valerate 20mg/ml solution so I only need to inject a few tenths of a ml but you may need larger syringes depending on how much solution you need. Also, the valerate solution I use is moderately thick.

In general, thinner solutions you can get away with thinner needles and thicker solutions need wider needles. And generally you want wider needles for drawing both to make it easier and to more daily eliminate bubbles.

FOSS all the way and strip anything and everything off two FOSH boxes/slabs; like Librem, Some Thinkpads (Go old; like Core2Duo X200 to avoid chipspection hardware; Like RMS does), custom iykwyd building C2D, crack an i5/i7/+ cracking ME off, or near two decade old AMD chip before PSP spy-subchip chipsets.

Ditch wifi all wifi components without having at least 3 FOSS systems. One connectable to manage your Monero. Second to handle broadcasting without the actual monero keys put into it.

On the third handle all wired movements from an active to a connection it handles and spies on yourself for every bit of data in and out censoring anything and everything that isn't explicitly approved permission via wireshark or better FOSS.

That's the only way to know your Darknet activity is not being observed close enough to know you before you know you are being attempted to be spied upon.

i2p/TOR/etc. can find you any kind of dope you want and shit you didn't know was real yet. Test&Est on many markets, easy. Check the forums there before you trust a market and be very tight on the level of trust you never have to give a market.

I know someone that got the cops knockin' on their door, carrying the package in question, looking for a shitty vendor. Twice. No problem but probably because they weren't a vendor too. And they thought they were a clever jackass but no stamped history of convictions; though several equally strange scenarios dodged and not by snitching either. Ostensibly, sure. I knew enough to say so with surety but not trying to deal with them either way so I can't say it from that kind of surety experience, personally, though.

Still, enough to say, the inability to know anything because of FOSS over a meaningful target when they couldn't lay shit on even them, regarding packages they hadn't opened.

You get good enough at this and find yourself highly suspicious of your environments suspicion on yourself, find a friend to receive packages. There's more but, meh. That's more than even I bothered to learn for...other reasons.

For injections, it's worth thinking about the specific ester and preparation you're injecting. Commercial estradiol valerate, for example typically uses a thicker oil than a lot of DIY, which often uses thinner MCT oil. For example, with commercial EV, I had to draw up with like 21g or larger and inject with 25g. With DIY estradiol enanthate using MCT oil, I draw up with a 25g and inject with either 27g intramuscular like 29g subcutaneous. There's a fair amount of trial and error, but so long as you can draw up and inject without hurting yourself or your vials, you're doing okay.
