Probably someone who comes in and downloads a bunch of files before disappearing and never seeding.
I dunno about here (it's probably more relaxed) but on reddit, asking for invitations was frowned upon. You might see if you can find stuff on YouTube and then download it using one of the YouTube download tools. I also struggled to find kids content outside of Paw Patrol as I don't think there is much of a market for it. I had Muppet Babies permaseedimg from RARBG to help others out but that tracker is gone now and all the torrents are dead.
All of the peppa pig videos on YouTube are this strange remix of multiple episodes that pisses me off
People that manipulate the stats their client reports to the trackers for extra ratio. I have invites, but I don't know if you can keep a ratio or not.
Yeah seeding back what you downloaded but even then as long as you stay as a seed you should be fine. You get points/bonus for staying on seed so you can add upload to your account after. And a lot of packs are free.

I'd look into Sonarr/Radarr in combination with Jackett (mentioned above)
Jackett is your search engine backend.
Within Sonarr/Radarr you add Jackett as your search Index (don't know the correct wording sry)
Been using this for quite some time and it works pretty much flawless. Jackett still requires you to add your torrent sites like TPB, TorrentLeech or TorrentGalaxy, but in my experience it's a one time setup thing.
Honestly it makes life much more comfortable compared to manual searches on a single tracker.
I have the same type of issue. I have had some success with newer shows, and torrentleech has some. TL had an open signup for rarbg refugees when it closed and ive had success with the private tracker thing, but i uad to get a seedbox to make sure i could upload reliably.

Keep an eye out for Old Toons World, it's a private tracker that may be what you're looking for. It's currently closed however, but it opens registrations sometimes.
