Times out while importing your CV, blanks all the fields and makes you redo it all from start.

And if you go back one step for edits and changes by any method other than completing the entire resume and then following the review button on the last page before submitting it, it erases everything you've done and throws an error if you try to do it again for the next 72 hours.

I wanted to take 2 classes at a cc to qualify for a program at work. I have multiple degrees. It's a 200 dollar and 100 hour commitment for six months to give me a 15k raise.
I tried to apply through this new and improved portal and it would not let me. I had three separate it people help me. No browser or device or cookie setting would allow me to apply.
After a week someone very competent called me to solve the issue. Apparently my name is so common that on the initial account creation check to see if I've already registered an account didn't have enough unique information to differentiate me from other students.

There are two companies/products that make this software: Ellucian Banner and Oracle Peoplesoft. It's a duopoly and both overcharge universities for a terrible product.

Don't forget government. Those designers combine astounding stupidity with a zest for destruction, and an utter lack of familiarity with UX standards.
Be sure to set the tab order to randomly move between page elements.
