copy the URL to the community on the other instance. Then go to the search on your home instance and paste it in. Click on the link in the result and there should be a subscribe button in the sidebar

So do you have to be logged in to an account to see NSFW posts? I thought porn wasn't taking off here because every magazine I went to was empty since I wasn't signed in.

Most of these seem to be 404 on kbin. Do they use a different URL format?
Looks like you have to replace the /c/ in the url with /m/ when browsing from kbin. But even then, it looks like there's something weird with how kbin federates such that it doesn't show most of the content from here.
