Please understand that “freedom of speech” does not mean that your speech is more important than the next persons. If you decide to start spewing hateful, racist, bigoted shit, the next person has the right to tell you to fuck off and block you, or ban you if it’s their instance. This isn’t treading on your freedom of expression or suppressing your speech, this is simply the other person exercising their right to not have to hear your shit and choosing instead to show you the door.
For example, if you invite someone into your home and they start spouting shit, you have the right to show them the door as you don’t have to listen to them go off in your home and around your guests. Similarly if you’re banned for not following the rules of an instance you’re not “being suppressed” you’re just a cunt.
Want to talk shit from a realm of safety without being called out? Do it from your own home where people don’t have to be around you. Make your own instance, or find a like-minded cesspool willing to put up with you.

Whatever your goal is, there most likely is no such instance that satisfies your definition of "freedom of speech". You should run your own instance where you have full control. Since most instances wouldn't federate with such an instance, a relatively cheap VPS will do. Even some old computer you may have lying around.
Pretty much any Lemmy instances I suspect supports freedom of speech. There's not really any evidence that admins are colluding with the feds to control what you say.
What may be happening is admins deciding of their own volition to not platform certain types of comments. Notably that doesn't stop you or anyone else from saying whatever; it just means you gotta do it somewhere else, like your own instance.
Perhaps you should rephrase your post then to indicate you're actually interested in bigotry affirming instances instead of instances that refrain from being a government entity that controls expression.

Looking at the trust and safety about the instance, and reading your replies, it sounds like it will be the perfect fit for you.
There was a Nazi community you might have enjoyed, but they shut down because that's what Twitter is for.
Pick a few Lemmy instances and look at their instance block lists. Compare the lists and pick out the commonly blocked instances. Within that select group you will find some radical free speech places where anything goes. Be warned that they tend to be cesspits.
Hilarious chaos has been pretty cool in this regard. I like that the admins don’t take themselves seriously and are very active here.

Left leaning values never implement freedom of speech. I have never understood that. The older I get - and I'm old - the more liberal I get.

Freedom of speech never existed and as a rule can never exist. It's an idea that has never been and will never be a reality. This is not to agree or disagree with whatever speech you don't want censored. There is no place/time/environment where you can say whatever you want without some form of consequences from some subset of people.
Freedom of speech is and has always been a fantasy.
