Yes. Vaguely aroused but also annoyed.
Just don't lick your fingers afterwards
Gotta love being responsible for sexual predators. Never rare, never gets old
Yeah these are fun. Men (and some women) in my family have hearty lung capacity. My dad was a lifelong smoker and always passed this for respirator use during his annual physical. I actually surprised a nurse once with the highest score she'd seen in 20 years on the job. It's not particularly useful, unless one of us wishes to be heard from about a county away lol.
Are people not trusted to pinch their own noses?
Serious answer: having been subjected to this by my pulmonologist annually for years, they do multiple runs (often including runs after a rescue inhaler is administered), and it's about precisely comparing the results - so no, they don't trust people to pinch their own noses 🙂
This is just marketing material from Big Nose Clip

Long day? Dented cranium keeping you down? Well head on down to Melva's High Tech Seances where we'll let you kill a ghost with your own breath. Do not inhale while using the device as your own soul will be destroyed.
POV you drunkenly sent messages on TEAMS and how HR has a lockout device on your laptop
Man, I hated doing that for OSHA respirator clearance
Right?! The worst part for me is that there is absolutely no resistance to breathing out. I mentally expected it to feel like blowing up a balloon or something, but it's just an open tube
Acshuallly - the patient should sit in a little glass booth with closed door, and I have no idea why
Getting ready to do this test right now!
Update. This is the apparatus I used for my test. Also, you don't plug your nose.

That's how I look at patients when I'm encouraging them
