Yup, but at the same time, although I don't care to defend the upscaling, it does seem a slightly unfair frame to pick as being representative of the whole. It's a super brief shot in an action moment where the characters look distinctly goofy and low-detailed in the original.

The AI upscaling does look bad, but that show was done as quickly and cheaply as possible, there're going to be a lot of times that they're off-model by a little or a lot. Sometimes they're even the wrong colors a few frames. Humans make mistakes too.

The show looks kinda shitty even without AI upscaling. It was super low budget and from the late 80s/early 90s. This is just upscaled poop. Still poopy, but now sharper. 🤷‍♂️
