I just spent a few weeks in Austria! I flew in to Munich, it was very nice. My plan is to learn German once I'm happy with my Spanish, and potentially escape the US for greener and less fascist pastures.

Take your hair in two ponytails, secured close to your head, the separate each tail into a top and a bottom half. You're gonna twine them together like thread or yarn, so you twist each half of a tail towards your face, then wrap the halves around each other away from your face. Twist, then wrap, twist, then wrap, and do that all the way to the ends and secure with a small hairband.

Once you have both sides in twist braids, bring them up across the top of your head, and tuck the ends through the opposite braid, hiding the ends by tucking them back under the braids. Tug them snug, and you're done! I put my hair up like this when I know I'm going out and about and want my hair up, but don't want a ponytail or bun for whatever reason, like being able to lay down with it. As a bonus, when you take your hair out, you have cute wavy curls!
