1970s (probably?) brand of snuff. Despite the trade name, contains no coke. Like other tobacco products, it's not very good for you.
1971 ad. Tell the man to get his shit together.
Actual tins.

The trust you had back in the day where you would put money in an envelope and mail it to an address, then expect to get your product.
Not to mention the trust of "please state your age, must be 18 or older". "Suuure, I'm, uh, 60 years old. Daaaad, can I have $3??"
Is that really that different to ordering something online? Sure things like PayPal make that a little easier but there are still plenty of sites where you put in a credit card and trust they they actually ship you stuff. Especially if you are trying to avoid sites like Amazon.
Well, with online shopping these days, especially within the EU I believe, you have a lot of consumer/customer protections. But if you just mailed in a letter with money, that's completely private between you and the receiver, and nobody could know you mailed that letter unless you documented it somehow with video or something. Nowadays your transactions are much more traceable, unless I'm mistaken. đ
Sure if you just put cash in the mail, but thatâs one of the things that checks and money orders are for. If you look closely at the second ad you will see that they accept âcash or money ordersâ. I get your point though.
please state your age, must be 18 or older
That stood out to me too. But then, go back far enough, 40s and 50s, and you could get on an airplane with not even an ID check, as easily as you might board a city bus today.
Snuff pretending to be something more potent...
And I thought Wiesnkoks, as silly and dumb as it is, was at least original...

As a sheltered yank, I'd never heard of it! Seems to be harmless, drug-free, made from lactose and dextrose, but with a menthol kick.
Guide wryly notes,
Never accept white powder from strangers if you didnât see where it came from or watch them open a sealed container.
And,
Police officers and security personnel have expressed frustration that the tradition normalizes drug-taking behaviors and creates confusion. When they see someone snorting white powder, they canât immediately tell if itâs legal or illegal without investigation.
It's not like that's the biggest problem the Oktoberfest has -
TIL they had vaping but for cocaine
